Sports and Leisure

The college works in partnership with a local gym and leisure centre to offer reduced-price membership (£50 per term) to all our students, allowing them to work out, attend exercise classes, swim or choose from a whole range of sports. The Sports Centre is a short walk away from St George’s and is open 7 days a week.

Group Exercise

A wide ranging including: Aqua, Indoor cycling (often know as spin), HIIT, Aerobics, Dance, Weights, Running, Bootcamp, Stretching and Relaxation.


A wide ranging including: Badminton, Squash, Tennis, Football, Table Tennis, Basketball, Athletics, Climbing and Trampolining.


A gentle swim can burn over 200 Kcal in half an hour and regular weekly swimming can lead to improved sleep patterns & lower stress levels. Swimming is also a low impact activity. The water supports your body and the risk of injury is very low.


Fully trained instructors can create a unique gym programme especially tailored to meet your needs and lifestyle, getting you started on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.
