The fastest-spreading language in human history, English is spoken at a useful level by some 1.75 billion people worldwide—that’s one in every four of us. More and more multi-national companies are mandating English as the common corporate language. 

The need for international communication is becoming ever more apparent. Many companies have offices based in different locations across world and the most common way to connect with each other is in English. St Georges offer a Business English course split in to four modules that give a comprehensive  understanding of English for Business. 


Module 1: Perfecting the basics 

An intensive module aimed at improving your vocabulary, reading and comprehensive skills, understanding of tone and style of communication in the English Language.

Module 2: Communicate in a Business Context

Focusing on improving writing and professional communication skills, looking at key conversational skills, telephone etiquette

Module 3: Developing Communication Skills 

Aims at developing your spoken English, through debates, presentations, and leading a range of interviews

Module 4: Enhanced Business Delivery

Develop key skills enabling you to deliver effective job interviews, give persuasive business pitches - deliver informative business presentations - speak persuasively in English - adapt content to purpose, context and audience - use appropriate style and tone of writing for business purposes
